Cordell, Stephen Shubert, and Chris Thomasson, focuses on magic systems, spells, and items unique to the world of Eberron, highlighting those elements that help define the campaign world: artifice, dragon magic, daelkyr magic, psionics, and elemental binding. The book also includes some new monsters. If you're playing in Eberron, or if you like yoinking new magic items and ideas from other campaign worlds, this is a good book to use.
Building the World. The book leads off with extensive information about magic in Eberron. This section is full of inspiration and ideas for DMs, walking through each type of magic and its place in the world.
Maps, explicit adventure hooks, history, and associated locations are all given; I particularly enjoy the detail surrounding the corrupted daelkyr, spreading their infection throughout the world. New magic items tie in closely to this section as well—items such as the husk of infinite worldsfor instance.
Any item that allows its user to "breed corruption from mad fancy" will probably see play in my game. There are lots of magic items, each broken into a category based on where it originated artificer, dragonshard, warforged, grafts, etc.
We shouldn't forget the spells and psionic powers, if for no other reason than they're imaginative and there are lots of them. Want to cast Orb of Dancing Death to drain the life force from your foe? Suffer the Flesh to exchange Constitution damage for a boosted caster level? Overwhelming Revelations to bewilder your foes by tapping into the draconic Prophecy? Find them all here. In this case, most of the eight new classes are intimately tied to Eberron. Alchemist Savants are skilled wizard-alchemists who create powerful potions as they break down the barriers between the two disciplines. Deadgrims take on aspects of undead in order to hunt them. The homunculi in particular are fun—servants that carry your gear, set up flanking opportunities in combat, and fire arrows from across the room—but it's the servants of the Quri that really stand out here. The Traveler was eventually revealed to be Artaganan archfey encountered several times by Vox Machina in the first campaign. The Traveler finds enjoyment in mischief and pranks, but rarely seeks genuine harm. When Jester masterfully rearranged all the books in a bookstore, he bestowed a sense of approval and amusement upon her. Jester keeps a sketchbook that she appears to use as a means of communicating her experiences to the Traveler, and as a way of worship.
Jester's holy symbol for the Traveler is a door arch and path. The Traveler's symbol is an arched doorway over a road that vanishes into the distance. Jester confided in the Traveler when she didn't receive a package from her mother at the Pillow Trove. He manifested and reassured her, explaining that Jester's mother was unaware of her location at that moment.
After Jester had successfully defaced and made her getaway from the Hearth of the Allhammer in Zadash he made his presence known by taking a bite out of the caramel apple she had been eating. Located among the many religious artifacts found in the Merrow lairJester finds two different iterations of the Traveler symbol.
Despite having zero knowledge of anyone else worshiping or acknowledging the Traveler, Jester excitedly goes around to show everyone her find. Jester attempted an elaborate prank on the temple to the Platinum Dragon in Zadash that went off the rails and almost got Jester and Nott thrown in prison.
Jester told the Traveler that she did it to get his attention after feeling abandoned when she was kidnapped. The Traveler claimed never to have abandoned her. He told her about a summit of his worshipers happening on the Zenith of Unndilarand Jester promised to attend. When Jester asked him for advice on wooing Fjord, he noted that there were many enchantments he could teach her. He reiterated the planned summit of his followers, and asked Jester again to attend.
While fighting a blue dragon, Fjord and Jester both cast Blink on themselves. As a result, Jester could not see Fjord for most of the battle. At one point while he was on the Ethereal Planethe rest of the party in the lair at the time were also hidden.
Jester, badly injured and unable to see anyone else, said "I'm all alone"  before attempting an attack on the dragon. The attack missed, but luckily she was able to Blink into the Ethereal Plane. When Jester reappeared, she was still within range of the dragon and severely hurt even after healing herself.
She closed her eyes waiting for the attack to come. I'd like to also have the version without the changes from Eberron: Rising from the Last War. Appendix D the Artificer entryalthough listed in the text contents in the pdf, is not marked up as a section in the digital contents.Consider that the only official, Wizards of the Coast sanctioned, 5th edition book that deals with the setting is a digital release only.
Not to mention that most of the best story related sources on the setting are more than a decade old at this point. To say that I know a lot about Eberron is an understatement, but the same cannot be said about you, the players.

Forge of War — A deep, gory look into the events of the Last War. This is a good read. This has everything you need to make a 5e character in the setting of Eberron.
This book provides a more in depth look into making a 5e character in Eberron and offers various new character options. Might as well post this recent addition to the Unearthed Arcana list of material.
These guys are basically psychics and actually fit rather well into Eberron. Unearthed Arcana — Giant Soul Sorcerer — Turns out this archtype for the sorcerer is basically tailor-made for Eberron; giants played a HUGE part in the history of the world and an entire continent was once ruled by them.
